Conditions
Payment: Secure online Paypal ordering with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. This will be converted automatically on your credit card or PayPal account to your local currency.
Shipping: We ship Canada Post Expedited Mail within a week of purchase including receipt of online payment. Shipping costs will be added to your total. All shipping costs are $10 within Canada, $15 to the U.S. and $30 overseas.
Delivery times vary by location, but generally take 5 to 10 business days after the order has shipped.

Sales Taxes: We collect PST on all orders shipped within British Columbia. GST is charged on all shipments within Canada with the exception of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Newfoundland where HST applies.
Duties & Taxes – Worldwide: Foreign customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.
Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted for incorrect or damaged items. You must notify Hand & Shadow within one week of delivery if there is an error with the items you have received and we will do our best to correct the situation! Info@handandshadow.com or 604-417-2619.
Please note that because all items are handmade, they are one of a kind. Each item may vary slightly from the image pictured. We do not provide refunds or cash back. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
